*#639#, *#6391#, *#6392# -activate a 5185i
- Enter 10-digit phone number.
- Enter System Identifier (SID), which is five digits.
- "Activation OK," then phone will reset.
One way to get your SID is to call 00, or any number that will get you an error message, on an Alltell phone with no service. The SID will be announced at the end of the error message. So if the message says "Alltel 69," your SID is 00069.
